How to get access to ESD, if I am not a partner of MONT TECH?

You need to fill out a small application at the address, then our manager will contact you to conclude the necessary agreements. When filling out the application, be sure to indicate that you are interested in the "Electronic Distribution" service.

How do I access ESD if I'm already a MONT TECH partner?

You can request access from your MONT TECH manager or on the website page www.monttech.am.

How to place an order on portal.monttech.am for electronic keys if the product has a button "Conditions of purchase" instead of the "Add to cart" button?

All the information about the conditions for the acquisition of the product you can get from MONT TECH manager or send a request to the address info@monttech.am.

When adding an item to the cart, it is not possible to place an order, an error occurs. What to do?

Cannot make an order, it is written there is no enough limit for order. What to do?

For increasing the limit, you should contact to your manager or pay the previous orders.

How fast and where will the keys be got?

You will receive a letter with the keys and links for downloading the distribution during 3-5 minutes after placing the order, but some of the products can be received during one working day; the delivery time is indicated in the product card.
